Planning approved

We held a consultation on our proposals from 8th January to 5th February, including a drop-in event on 24th January at Heydour Parish Hall. Based on the feedback received during the consultation, we revised our design proposals to include the removal of a central field, creating a dedicated habitat for skylarks.

We submitted our planning application to South Kesteven District Council on 13th June 2024 and on 6th February 2025 planning has been granted and the project is now moving into the pre-construction phase.

Planning was approved by South Kesteven District Council committee subject to conditions.
